Elevate Health and Wellness is a distinguished private outpatient clinic located in Westport, CT, specializing in the treatment of adults and adolescents with mental health conditions, addiction and dual-diagnosis. We are dual-licensed by the CT Department of Public Health as a psychiatric and substance abuse treatment clinic, and have been recognized as one of the most comprehensive, well-rounded treatment facilities for the treatment of mental health and substance use disorders in Fairfield County.
