Keith O’Donnell is a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Intern at Elevate Health and Wellness and a Licensed Marital and Family Therapist.  He brings over 15 years of experience as a psychotherapist and is a board-certified psychiatric nurse.  Drawing on his background in therapy and nursing, Keith works with individuals navigating mood and anxiety disorders, substance use challenges, and major life transitions.  He has a particular interest in men’s mental health, supporting those entering treatment for the first time.

Outside of his clinical training, Keith enjoys time with his wife and twins, watching them grow, pursuing his own growth and well-being, and practicing Kyokushin karate.
